Balanced Complete Nutrition
Each recipe in our Complete range is developed by leading canine nutritionists to deliver optimal ratios of fresh, species-appropriate ingredients. That means your dog gets all the essential nutrients: protein, fat, vitamins and minerals, in a way their body instinctively understands. Nothing artificial. Nothing unnecessary. Everything they need and nothing they don’t.
About FEDIAF guidelines
FEDIAF is the organisation that sets the nutritional guidelines for pet food across Europe. These guidelines are based on an extensive scientific review of peer-reviewed studies and outline the recommended minimum and maximum levels of nutrients required to prevent deficiencies or nutrient toxicity.
Although these guidelines are voluntary rather than legally enforced, we’ve chosen to formulate our complete recipes (Complete, Puppy and Smart Chub ranges) to meet these standards. This gives dog owners added reassurance that they’re providing a diet built on the foundations of optimal canine health.
It’s important to note that FEDIAF guidelines do not distinguish between synthetic and whole food sources of nutrients. At ProDog, we go further. Our expert nutrition team prioritises whole food ingredients that are naturally bioavailable and easily absorbed by your dog’s digestive system. This means our meals don’t just meet nutritional benchmarks — they exceed them in quality, integrity, and digestibility.
