I’ve received broken tubs in my delivery

We’re really sorry about this. While the food is usually still safe thanks to our protective packaging, we’d like to take a closer look.

Please send us a photo of the affected tubs along with your delivery note so we can help resolve this as quickly as possible.

An item is missing from my order

We’re sorry about that. Please send us a photo of your delivery note and let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or for the missing item to be included in your next delivery.

I received the wrong items

Apologies for the mix-up. Please send us a photo of the delivery note and the incorrect items (showing product names clearly), and we’ll get this sorted for you.

My order arrived partially defrosted – is it still safe?

In many cases, yes. Our food is packed to stay frozen for up to 60 hours. We’ll guide you through our defrosted food safety guidelines and help you decide the best next step.

Can I cancel my order?

Before dispatch:
We can cancel and refund or reschedule your order, or you can access and cancel this yourself via your account/Previous Orders tab.

On dispatch day:
It may be too late, but we’ll try our best to stop it if possible. Contact customer service to action this ASAP.
