In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your products or should they reach you in an unsatisfactory condition then you can return them to us but please be advised that the products should remain in their frozen condition and unused. You must return the goods to us using a next day delivery service with an explanation of your problem.
Once we have received the goods in their original condition we will process a refund along with any delivery costs incurred if the error is ours. This could include receiving the wrong product.
