  • How do I Suspend or Cancel my Subscriptions?

    Our subscription service is designed to be flexible to your needs. Should you wish to pause your subscription or cancel your subscription altogether we have you covered. 

    To pause/suspend your subscription 

    • Log in to your account
    • Go to your ‘Account’ page
    • Select ‘Subscriptions’ from the table on the left of your screen
    • Click on the ‘View’ button next to the subscription you want to pause / suspend
    • Click the auto renew toggle so that it turns grey and you will notice it now states “payment via manual renewal”, this means your subscription is now paused

     

    To cancel your subscription 

    • Log in to your account
    • Go to your ‘Account’ page
    • Select ‘Subscriptions’ from the table on the left of your screen
    • Click on the ‘View’ button next to the subscription you want to cancel
    • Click the ‘Cancel’ button next to ‘Actions’ and your subscription will be cancelled

      Good morning.
      I had to postpone my subscription due to one of the dogs passing and had to monitor how long the food would last for.
      I have tried to start up the subscription again but it states cancelled so won’t let me amend. I have made a purchase for an order to arrive this week (please could you check this also as not received any confirmation email) but need the subscription set up again for a regular deliver every 3 weeks but not sure if that is possible! Please could you advice what I need to do for the best?

      I got a subscription for your frozen food yesterday but my freezer packed in today. Could you postpone my first delivery until the 6th August when I should have a new freezer?
