Koroyza Kennel UK
Koroyza Kennel UK- although we do fondly refer to the teams as ‘Hairies’ and ‘Spots’ – Rebecca Croft & Ian Bickerdike
At Team Koroyza we have Dalmatians and Canadian Eskimo Dogs, we compete with both in the breed ring and dryland mushing. Rebecca handles both teams in the breed ring and runs the spotty team, leaving Ian in charge of running the hairy team.
We previously fed a mixture of Raw and Kibble diet but were always striving to improve condition and performance when we came across ProDog. We now feed exclusively ProDog raw which takes all the worry out of getting it right, we were so impressed with the knowledge and research behind the brand. We use ProDog Supplements to complement their diet, the most impressive addition from a working aspect is Revive.
We pre load before competition/training, usually, dogs can be slower on the second day of running but using Revive their recovery rate is much greater and running times are very much the same as the first day when they are fresh! Flex is fed to all our dogs to take care of their joints and mobility which also has the benefit of giving them great coat condition too. Maximus gives our dogs all the extras they require keeping their muscles in great condition and finally we feed our Dalmatians protect, as a breed they tend to be more sensitive to some environmental factors and Protect really makes a difference for us!!!!

George and Grettle are both Champions and are frequently receiving top honors in the show ring, even during COVID they were awarded on the Dalmatian Online Championship Show finals; George Dalmatian Dog of the Year and Grettle the ultimate Dalmatian of the Year 2020. Gordon had his puppy show career cut very sort but has qualified for Crufts in the few shows we managed to attend. Midas is our exciting addition to showing and when he is old enough we hope to run a three-dog team with him and his father George and half-brother Gordon!
Noorvik and Tarva topped their classes at Crufts 2019 and both were awarded Reserve Best Dog and Bitch both at very young ages for this accolade.
Working Achievements
George and Grettle won the championship in the Open Two Dog Team with Sled Dog Association of Scotland 2019. Gordon has just started running with his father George but has been unable to compete this season due to COVID but we are very excited to have had a full season of training under our belt ready for next year!!
Noorvik and Tarva were awarded the Top Working Dog and Bitch 2019 with the Canadian Eskimo Dog Club of Great Britain.
