About Us
Kamal Fernandez is a professional dog trainer, international seminar teacher, dog sports coach and dog lover!
For almost 30 years, he has been competing at the highest level in dog sports including Crufts. His students and clients are extremely varied and range from your average dog owner with a challenging dog, to World Championship level competitors.
The author of ‘Pathway to Positivity’, Kamal has appeared on The One Show, as a trainer on Sky TV series ‘Dogs might Fly’ and has been a speaker at Victoria Stillwell’s ‘Dog Bite Conference’. These are just a few of his guest appearances.
What Made You Change To ProDog
When we approached Kamal about working with us, he admits he was initially sceptical. “Who are they, what are their products like and how do they treat their customers?” were just some of his questions. But after talking to Heidi and hearing her explain how Prodow Raw came to fruition, he agreed to try our food. He stated very clearly that he wouldn’t back anything that he didn’t believe in, and the relationship between Kamal, his dogs and ProDog Raw began.
Having fed raw for approximately 15yrs, with varying results. Kamal had fed several major labels on the raw food market, but reports that ProDog Raw is by far the food that has given the best results:
I can honestly say that my initial scepticism was unwarranted. Prodog Raw has surpassed my expectations on every account.
As a professional dog trainer, I travel the globe teaching and working with dogs all over the world, and I pride myself and my dogs on the way in which they behave and look as my ‘calling card’ for my ‘brand’. I have always taken a great amount of pride in how they look and behave, but PDR has taken that to a whole new level!
I have used PDR with dogs with behavioural issues, and noticed a distinct change in their demeanour and overall well-being. In one particular case, diet was a particularly determining factor with the dog’s behaviour that has led to huge impacts on their character. He has transformed from nervous and reactive, to confident and happy!
With my own dogs, I have noticed a change in their coats, muscle tone, stamina and fitness. I compete in multiple sports with my dogs, where you are always looking for that something to give your dogs an edge. PDR gives me that!
Working with PDR is a joy, their customer service is exceptional. Prompt, efficient and helpful. I have asked them for advice on nutritional specifics and one of my dogs that has allergies. They have been able to give detailed guidance and suggestions to alleviate any issues she had.
I have used their full range of supplements, for fitness, recovery from injury, joint issues, whelping bitches, and post operation. I question myself if I am seeing things through rose-tinted spectacles, but when others make comments about your dog’s appearance and overall demeanour, you know it’s not just you!
I have reared 3 litters on Prodog Raw, and the quality and start that the pups have had is exceptional. Simple things like toilet training is easier because of their diet, they are more robust, resilient and ready for their future lives.
PDR is a company and product, not in competition with anyone else… simply because they are a cut above!
I cannot sing their praises highly enjoy and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
